Microsoft Solutions: Solutions - Deployment Services
AccTech Deployment Services for Office is a uniquely packaged solution enabling organisations to receive the most value out of their Software Assurance. Current and prospective customers of AccTech Systems participating in the Microsoft Software Assurance program, could qualify for the deployment of the specified solutions, using predefined offerings of either one (1), three (3), five (5), ten (10) or fifteen (15) days engagement.
Deployment Services
AccTech Deployment Services comprises of four offerings:
Desktop Deployment with Microsoft Office and Windows Vista
DDPS provide customers with the basic analysis, business case, process and technical procedures necessary to execute a thorough desktop deployment project; free of charge to maximize the return on investment from the customer's volume licensing agreements.
The service is based on best practices from Microsoft with the objective of reducing the cost and complexity with high levels of process and automation.
Microsoft SharePoint Deployment
SDPS is a Software Assurance benefit for customers, in which they engage with AccTech Systems to develop a customized SharePoint deployment plan for their unique environment. Assessment of the overall cost for deployment of this technology is also done. This pre-defined free of charge service is available to customers as a one (1), three (3), five (5), ten (10) or fifteen (15) day deployment planning service, depending on their individual software assurance level.
Microsoft Exchange Deployment
EDPS is a Packaged Service designed to help direct customers through the deployment planning stages of a Microsoft Exchange 2007 implementation. AccTech Systems will analyse the customer's organisational requirements and help create a high-level deployment roadmap/project schedule free of charge. Engagements range between three (3) to fifteen (15) days.
Business Value Planning Services
BVPS is designed to help the customer identify, release and capture the business value of the Office system through structured multi-day engagements. AccTech Systems will work with current and prospective customers to identify, design and implement improvements to an existing business process using the Microsoft Office system technologies. This collaboration will address the daily challenges your organisation faces.
