Authorisation levels are Role based. The system ships with an organizational chart tool which allows administrators to maintain and perform changes to the hierarchical structure of organizations. Although this is web driven, drag and drop functionality exists. The Organizational Chart can be used as an indication of approval structures or can be defined on process levels based directly on roles. Business processes can be modelled within a graphical interface. These processes can optionally reference the configured authority chart to determine next level of approval.
