AccTech Sub Grant Management
Non-governmental organisation (NGO) is a term that has become widely accepted as referring to a legally constituted, non-governmental organisation. In most cases NGO’s are either totally or partially funded by external stakeholders or governments, and as such there is a pressing need to provide transactional transparency and control in order to adhere to commonly accepted practises of good governance.
AccTech SGM Application is a Sage ERP X3 add-on application that provides a world class system for managing grant funding and sub-grant programmes. AccTech SGM eliminates manual spreadsheet schedules and provides a single location for all grant management requirements. Each fund is managed by source with detailed budgeting to an activity level by geography and region. Cost sharing calculations, obligation periods and trances, grant liquidation and un-liquidated advances and disbursements are all provided for. Grantees, projects, budgets, objectives and obligations are all provided for. Furthermore Grantee claims, Expenses and advances, Reimbursements, Recovery of VAT and GST (across multiple legislations) are all provided for. A Grantee agreement generation wizard is included and Grantee Plans and documents (with versions, dates and approvals) are all managed. M&E Plans, Quarterly reports are accommodated within the tree hierarchy document filing repository.
The Sub-Grants Management System gives you a competitive edge in a management, tracking and reporting on Sub-Grantee program and financial data. It reads and writes financial data received from all regional offices of an organization.
