The solution serializes tickets with corresponding wristbands and programmable keyboards minimizes fraud by ensuring tickets are printed correctly. The Automation and functionality of RMS into Accpac prevents 'freebie' abuse, improving the theme park's visitor access and streamlining transactions for maximum workflow efficiency.

Gold Reef City theme park has automated their point o sale with locally developed point of sale software suit, Accpac RMS. It offers full integration of all ticket sales into the Accpac ERP 500 system. All of the information on each transaction is integrated into the relevant revenue accounts in the Accpac back office General Ledger and can be tracked though the serial number.

USHAKA MARINE WORLD

Benefits: Initially the major benefit for uShaka was speed at which ACCPAC could be deployed. Now they benefit from external data on statistics like daily attendance figures that are carried in ACCPAC General Ledger and that provides uShaka with thorough MIS reporting.

uShaka Marine world is the 5th largest aquarium in the world. uShaka was looking for a Microsoft SQL-based application that could be scaled as the business grows. The company's IT department insisted on a Microsoft platform and this complemented AccTech's initial advisory. AccTech also developed divisional financial reports for the 20 divisions as well as monthly and annual MIS reports.
