AccTech Batch Splitter:
Splits batches from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on account sets, groups and alphabetical order by vendor/debtor Code. Batch Splitter also splits General Ledger batches on the first 3 segments of accounts.

AccTech Bill of Materials Assembly:
AccTech Bill of Materials Assembly creates assembles for the bill of materials items and transfers these items to a specified location if required.

AccTech Active Orders:
Creates active Order Entry Orders for standing orders per specified weekday. While converting these standing orders AccTech Active Orders will verify the selling price against either the contract special price or normal prices and update these orders.

AccTech GL Recon:
Facilitates the reconciliation of General Ledger accounts. According to the selection criteria this program will automatically reconcile debit and credit entries. Extremely handy for reconciling control and clearing accounts. This utility also saves previously reconciled entries.

AccTech On Hold:
Place overdue customers on hold. On hold customers can also be taken off hold.

AccTech GL Advance Link Update:
Updates General Ledger reference, description or comments field in GLPOST from PO or AP fields. This module works after the fact and can be extended to other modules.

AccTech GL Currency Converter:
Intercepts a GL batch where there is no source currency specified (only functional currency). AccTech GL Currency converter will insert a source currency entry on all GL batches using the currency conversion rate for specified source currency. Works well where (according to pre-defined setup) company needs to report in dual currencies.

AccTech Discount Tax Adjustment:
Recalculates tax on discount amounts earned and granted and generates the corrective entries in a GL batch for these entries. Works for AP and AR discounts.

AccTech Audit Trails:
Monitors addition, modification and deletion events on data structures of ACCPAC core and ACCPAC supplementary modules as well as ACCPAC CRM. Audit Trails monitor change events on master-file and posted documents. It reports on authorised or unauthorised events.

AccTech VRM (Vendon Relationship Management:
AccTech VRM simplifies the Vendor Master Data collection and capturing procedure at the mere click of a button. Completed customisable electronic vendor questionnaires are imported into the VRM system producing vendor reports that will assist in BEE rebate calculation. AccTEch eWorkflow can be added as an additional module to assist in the actual procurement process forcing a department or business unit to request quotes from specific vendors according to the vendor's BEE rating as calculated in the Vendor Master Data Module.

AccTech eWORKFLOW:
AccTech eWorkflow assists with the automation of a business process in which key information and documents are routed between authorised users as tasks to action. This process is based on a set of predefined procedures and rules per action type such as procurement or sales.
