AccTech begins the engagement process by meeting with senior management to understand enterprise objectives and priorities. The purpose of these conversations is to identify improvement opportunities and determine the scope of the consulting engagement. These improvement opportunities will be short-term and focused with measurable results. They are defined within three potential areas: process, organization and technology.
Based upon the information gathered from senior management we then work with key individuals from each area of the organization to strengthen understanding and refine the initiatives. Using the enterprise objectives, organizational needs and scope identified earlier, we will conduct objective analysis in critical functional areas to make the best decisions on which initiatives to support. Knowledge and detailed information regarding business process, organization (and people), utilization of technology, dependencies, interaction and corporate priorities are collected using a variety of techniques including surveys, interviews, interactive planning sessions, facilitated workshops, visioning sessions, document and archive review. Where appropriate, the team will conduct external research to add a depth of understanding and review of best practices to the analysis.
